Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Kiddies Heaven! Please read these terms carefully. They form the agreement between you (the client) and Kelly Griffiths Arts Ltd trading as Kiddies Heaven (“Kiddies Heaven”, “we”, “us”).

1. Your booking

• Your booking is confirmed once you have accepted our quote or booking confirmation, whether by email, message or in writing.
• By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms in full.
• Once confirmed, the date and time are reserved exclusively for you and other enquiries for that slot will be turned away.
• Please check your booking details (date, times, venue address and number of guests) and let us know straight away if anything is incorrect.

2. Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of booking.
• We understand some schools, companies and organisations need time to process payments. If this applies to you, please let us know when booking and arrange payment as close to your booking date as possible.
• Payment details will be included with your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations & changes by you

If you need to cancel or change your date, you must tell us in writing (email or letter). Verbal cancellations, phone calls and social media comments cannot be accepted. Notice is counted from the date we receive it.

• Date changes are subject to availability and can only be made once per booking.
• Reducing the length of your booking or number of guests after confirmation is treated as a partial cancellation under the same terms.

4. Cancellation by Kiddies Heaven

• In the unlikely event that we have to cancel (for example due to illness or emergency), we will let you know as soon as possible and offer either a new date or a full refund of any money paid.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the booking.

5. On the day

• Please provide a suitable space with a table area, chairs or stools and access to the venue in good time for set-up. For outdoor events we bring our heavyweight gazebo.
• We use child-safe, water-based, cosmetic-grade products. Parents and guardians are responsible for telling us about any allergies or skin sensitivities.
• We will not paint over broken skin, cuts, rashes, cold sores or eye infections, for everyone’s health and safety.
• A parent or guardian must remain with their child while they are being painted.
• Late arrival or delays outside our control may reduce the session time; the booking will still finish at the agreed time unless extra time is available and agreed.

6. Photographs

• We may like to photograph designs for our website and social media. We will only do so with the parent or guardian’s permission, and you are welcome to say no.

Effective January 2026
